ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION boiler house
We have built our own boiler house, which will use husk (waste from oil production, including husk from sunflower seeds) as fuel. Production uses its own steam generator based on a boiler room. We are the only oil extraction plant that has built a high-tech local wastewater treatment plant.
Our full-cycle production is waste-free
Boiler plant is designed to meet its own production needs and will allow the use of two types of fuel (sunflower husk and coal), when the husk is burned, it is disposed of, which meets environmental requirements
We are planning to install two fuel boilers of the E-14−1.4 OKA brand with Tornado vortex furnaces to generate saturated steam for production needs:
— temperature = 194°С
— capacity = 14 t/hour
— pressure 13 kgf/см²
The boiler house will operate full year on both coal and sunflower husk. The installation provides a dust and ash suppression system and, according to the design data, devices for collecting solid fractions from fuel combustion in the bunker boilers. In unfavorable meteorological conditions, technical measures will be applied to reduce the power of the installation for the required period

Introduction of modern technologies for wastewater treatment during the construction of wastewater treatment plants carries a number of advantages:
Storm water treatment plants (SWTP) are designed to receive industrial wastewater from ALTAI MAI LLP, and perform subsequent purification to the standards of discharge of treated wastewater into the city sewer collector.
The daily amount of treated industrial effluents sent for treatment: up to 250 m³/day.
Peak average daily discharge is 300 m³/day (no more than one day per week)
Project provides for the treatment of industrial wastewater according to the following technological scheme:
Stage of mechanical cleaning from large organic and mineral inclusions on the drum grate (position R-40-01)
Degree of averaging of effluents in the averaging tank (position Т-001)
Stage of physic-chemical purification using reagents by pressure flotation at the pressure flotation plant (position ЕСС-20-01)
Biological purification stage in an aerobic bioreactor followed (position Т-002) by separation at a pressure flotation plant (position МСН-4-01)
Dewatering of flotation sludge on a decanter centrifuge (position DC-01)

Ливневые очистные сооружения (ЛОС) предназначены для приема производственных сточных вод ТОО «ALTAI MAI», и их последующей очистки до нормативов сброса очищенных сточных вод в городской коллектор канализации.
Суточное количество обрабатываемых производственных стоков, направляемых на очистку: до 250 м³/сут.
Пиковый среднесуточный сброс — 300 м³/сут (не более одного дня в неделю)
